The range of costs below are exclusive of VAT and have been broken down to give you a full picture of what fees you will incur. Some fees are variable depending on the purchase price of the property (such as Stamp Duty Land Tax), or fees due to Local and other Authorities (i.e. Local and Environmental Searches). We have provided links where available, which will give further guides relating to these costs. Where other fees may occur, we will always notify you as soon as the fees are known.
