We are seeking a detail-oriented and well organised person to join our team.

As well as providing administrative support to our Property Lawyers and assisting with various tasks related to property transactions, you will also assist with Office Management and Accounts duties.

Responsibilities:

Collecting and taking the mail, distributing incoming mail, scanning, filing, answering the telephones, ordering documents from the Land Registry, ordering searches from our online Search provider, taking clients identity documents and certifying the same, opening and closing files, photocopying documents, collating enclosures for reports to clients, ordering and maintaining stationery supplies, reception duties to include greeting and assisting clients; audio typing, supporting senior staff; day to day client and office Accounts; and all and any other duties as requested. Full training will be given on our Case Management and Accounts System.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative/clerical and Accounts role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook) or similar office productivity tools
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
  • Knowledge of conveyancing processes and terminology is a plus but not essential
  • Experience with Insight or other accounting software is beneficial

    Expected hours: 20 to 35 per week

    Education:

    GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

    Experience:

    Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
