Dear Phyllis - Thank you very much for your email and passing through the details from HM Land Registry.

We were fortunate enough to spend over five months in Greece last year as we are both working from home (and from where I am writing right now!). So, we really only started moving into the new house in November last year but I’m glad to say that we are now well settled and have pretty much sorted out everything bar the darkest corners of the garage!

I have already referred someone to Sunningdale Lawyers and will likely do so in the future.

 Again thank you very much indeed for all the work you did for us over the various transactions and most importantly this property – we love the house and are very happy to be back in Cobham amongst friends.
