Thank you all so much for your lovely card.  It has been a very hectic week here and just waiting for the future now to make it comfortable.  I really love the flat and it is a little bit like coming home.  You were so kind and helpful and patient (with me especially) to enable us to reach the completion date goal.

Look forward to seeing any of you in the future for that cup of tea.  Not far to walk!!
